Partnership Application
Full Partner: *Organizations which are either engaged in the operation of a Contact Centre or have a primary focus on Customer Contact Enhancement. Each Full Partner is entitled to 1 vote at MCCA's Annual General Meeting and any special meeting of Partners. Partners are also eligible for nomination to the Board.
Small: | $500/annum | (99 employees or less) |
Medium: | $1000/annum | (100 - 399 employees) |
Large: | $1500/annum | (400 employees or more) |
*Subsidiary business units affiliated with the Full Partner may join as a Divisional Partner @ $250/annum.
Vendor Partner: Organizations which offer products, services and/or support to the industry. Vendor Partners are eligible for nomination to the Board (no voting privilege) and to participate on MCCA committees.
Vendor: | $1000/annum | (400 s eats or more) |
Associate Partner: All other organizations that do not meet the requirements of a Full Partner or a Vendor Partner. Associate Partners are not eligible for Board nomination (no voting privilege) but are welcome to participate on MCCA committees.
Small: | $250/annum | (99 employees or less) |
Medium: | $500/annum | (100 - 399 employees) |
Large: | $750/annum | (400 employees or more) |

- Partnership is for a 12 month period from date of acceptance
- Partnership dues are non-refundable
