CELEBRATING 20+ YEARS OF CUSTOMER CONTACT ACHIEVEMENT

Since 1999, Manitoba Customer Contact Association (MCCA) has celebrated the Manitoba Excellence in Customer Contact Achievement (MECCA) Awards. The purpose of the awards program is to recognize excellence and evoke pride in the Customer Contact Centre Industry. 

Each year, we celebrate organizations and their staff who exemplify the BEST that our industry has to offer. 

Recognizing someone with a MECCA Excellence Award has never been easier. All you need to do is share their story. It can be an individual, team or organization. 

Deadline to submit an application is December 20, 2021.

Alan Sauve Volunteer Award - 

This award recognizes a person who exemplifies a positive outlook and attitude at work, home and in the community.

The following list of attributes is intended to help you identify the type of individual who may qualify for this award:

  • Team player
  • Seeks learning opportunities for self improvement
  • Positive member of the community and workplace
  • Gives of themselves without expectation of personal gain
  • Open to new perspectives and willing to try new ideas
There is no cost to nominate someone for this award. All nominations must be completed and submitted by December 20, 2021.

People's Choice Award - 

Be voted Manitoba's favorite for customer service!

Enter the People's Choice and let Manitoba vote on who provided them the most extraordinary customer service experience.  The vote will be live and promoted by MCCA.  You can also share a link with customers to encourage them to vote.

MCCA's People's Choice Award for Manitoba’s Favourite Company for Customer Service will be chosen through public vote. Who will Manitoba choose?  Will it be you?​
