The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted much of what we do including social gatherings. With this in mind MCCA sent a survey to our partners to determine how they would like us to proceed with MECCA 2020. Based on the feedback we will be recognizing MECCA 2020 award winners in February 2021.  

Our Industry has always been adaptive and this year we were all put to the test. MCCA would like to acknowledge the responsiveness of the centres in protecting the health and well being of their employees while still responding to the needs of the customers and their business. CELEBRATING 20+ YEARS OF CUSTOMER CONTACT ACHIEVEMENT

Since 1999, Manitoba Customer Contact Association (MCCA) has celebrated the Manitoba Excellence in Customer Contact Achievement (MECCA) Awards. The purpose of the awards program is to recognize excellence and evoke pride in the Customer Contact Centre Industry. 

Each year, we celebrate member organizations and their staff who exemplify the BEST that our industry has to offer.
