Since 1999, Manitoba Customer Contact Association (MCCA) has celebrated the Manitoba Excellence in Customer Contact Achievement (MECCA) Awards. The purpose of the awards program is to recognize excellence and evoke pride in the Customer Contact Centre Industry. 

Each year, we celebrate organizations and their staff who exemplify the BEST that our industry has to offer.

On behalf of the MCCA Board of Directors, I want to thank our member organizations for their ongoing support of MCCA and our long-standing recognition program - Manitoba Excellence in Customer Contact Achievement Awards Gala.  Congratulations to all the individual and team award participants and winners.  This evening is all about the people and the excellence you all bring to your organization, our industry, and our community. 

Congratulations to the MCCA team for pivoting at the last minute to make this a virtual event.  You and your team have pivoted many times this last year, so that MCCA can continue to be relevant and active in an environment that is now defined by virtual meetings, work, learning, and service to clients.  We have all been affected.    

We have all benefited from our association with each other through the Manitoba Customer Contact Association.
