Managing Performance in the New Paradigm

In these dynamic times of change we all need to rethink how we engage our team members, and how we manage performance effectively. One of the key responsibilities of a leader is to create an environment where each and every contributor wants and does take full responsibility for the outcomes and results, they get.

Performance management has been slowly evolving over the past 10 years but in recent months taking a new approach is not an option anymore. With so many people working from home while others are coming to work but feeling isolated, fearful and unsure, leaders need to evolve quicker than ever.

In this webinar we will explore the brain science around giving and receiving feedback.  We will explore new ways of engaging team members to perform at their best even in very uncertain times.  We will provide solid information about how to create an environment of trust and collaboration even from a distance.

  • The Problem with Feedback
  • Coaching questions and how to lead the contributor to commitment
  • Building trust as a factor to distant management
  • Q and A
