As a Roadside Rescue Agent working from the comforts of your own home, you will provide heroic customer service assistance while working in an environment that fosters camaraderie and self-development - you will feel proud you are part of our team!

**Fluency in French is Required**

A typical day at work 

  • Field incoming calls from members who need help with roadside assistance  

  • Actively listen and calmly respond to calls by asking relevant probing questions and keeping organized records of details, locations, and needs  

  • Find and contact the nearest service provider and relay detailed information to the members  

  • Read maps, find routes, locations, and addresses across different media  

What are we looking for? 

  • Proven effective oral and written communication skills is required  

  • Fluency in both English and French 

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills  

  • Excellent technology skills and ability to multi-task  

  • Understanding of metrics-driven environment  

  • A dedicated space where you can take phone calls without background interference   

Computing Requirements 

  • Reliable internet speed and broadband connection (5 Mbps download, 2.5 Mbps upload)   

  • Hard-wired or ethernet connection to the internet during your shift   

  • A Windows laptop or a desktop   

  • At least 1 extra monitor (minimum of 19" in size)   

  • A wired USB headset with a mute button for both training and live customer handling
