We are looking to expand our work from home program by hiring permanent full time Membership Service Advisors to work from their homes on the afternoon shift in support of our Emergency Roadside Operations. The Membership Road Service Advisor will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from CAA Members to take care of their road service needs as well as various membership-related questions/inquiries. As a work from home Employee, you will need a high speed internet connection, a dedicated work space or office, home insurance coverage and the ability to work overnight, on weekends and holidays.
Job Requirements :
As a Member of our Membership Service team, you have two to three years of customer service experience and have completed a post-secondary education. You have excellent geographical knowledge of Ontario and Manitoba as well as strong communication skills. You are proficient with Google Maps and have a high comfort level with phone systems and technology. You have demonstrated the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and a genuine empathetic and engaged communication style.
