What you'll be doing   

  • Support our footwear retail client through various communication channels: phone, email, chat, and social media  
  • Respond to customers’ order and shipment inquiries  
  • Accurate and concise feedback and special needs documentation in a computer-based system  
  • Process credit card and other online payments

  • Proven effective oral and written communication skills  
  • An engaging personality  
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills  
  • Excellent technology skills and ability to multi-task  
  • Proficient typing speed and accuracy  
  • Understanding of a metrics-driven performance environment  
  • A dedicated space where you can take phone calls without background interference  


Computing Requirements   

  • A Windows laptop or a desktop  
  • Reliable internet speed and broadband connection (5 Mbps download, 2.5 Mbps upload)   
  • Hardwired or ethernet connection to the internet during your shift   
  • At least 1 extra monitor and the correct cable (minimum of 19" screen size)  
  • A wired USB headset with a mute button  
  • Smartphone for application authentication
