Sales Support Specialist

Scootaround is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales team and help us achieve our goals! As an integral part of the sales team, you will be a key point of contact for our customers and assist with monitoring and responding to customer sales and service-related inquiries and issues.  You are tech-savvy with a strong eye for detail, committed to achieving 100% customer satisfaction and enjoy working in a team environment.

What You Will Do

  • Communicate with customers and manufacturers on sales & service-related inquiries and issues through phone, email, Scootaround live chat and website (no cold calling).
  • Prepare customer quotes and process sales orders in company system(s).
  • Handle service-related questions and follow-ups with existing clients re tracking information, warranty-related questions, parts ordering, shipping and returns process. 
  • Maintain accurate manufacturer pricing and policy information. Update manufacturer notices re back-orders/shipping delays and communicate changes to sales team.  
  • Maintain accurate database of lead tracking sheets (CSR forms, test drives, etc.).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experience in an administrator or customer service role.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills (listening, courteous, professional).
  • Highly effective organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail to enter customer data with accuracy.
  • Comfortable with technology demonstrated through educational or hands-on experience.  MS Office (excel) and other office programs.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot an asset.
