The opportunity:
Activeo North America is looking for a Sales Manager for its Contact Centre and Customer Experience business in Canada.
The Sales Manager will take care of an existing customer base as well as new opportunities.
In order to be successful in this role, the Sales Manager needs to have some knowledge of the Contact Centre and Customer Experience market in Canada as well as a first experience in managing large accounts.
While this role is a sales role, technical knowledge of cloud contact centre and cloud customer experience solutions is highly valued and will be considered.
The Sales Manager will report to the Managing Director.
