What can you expect in this role?

  • Perform outbound calls to educate prospects and promote pet health insurance (PHI) and attempt to transfer to licensed Insurance Advisors to secure sales
  • Provide support to call queue and Service Level Agreements by performing live transfers and taking messages
  • Performing outbound calls on the Outbound Voucher Awareness Program to educate prospects on their trial PHI coverage and attempt to transfer to a licensed agent to
  • Secure a sale
  • Participating in other outbound calling programs to generate product interest
  • Responding to in-bound calls as necessary to maintain Service Level Agreements
  • Transferring calls to licensed agents
  • Taking messages for follow-up by licensed Insurance Advisors
  • Capturing notes on customer interactions using the PAWS system prior to call transfer to licensed agent

What do you bring to the role?

  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service
  • Experience in an outbound sales role is an asset
  • Bilingual (English/French) required
