What You Do:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll create, manage, analyze, and report on digital campaigns/programs and set strategy for our brand and eCommerce websites. You’ll work to create an outstanding consumer experience by understanding, simplifying and optimizing the consumer path to purchase. Reporting to the Innovation Director, you will work collaboratively with the internal marketing teams to create and execute inbound strategies for Scootaround, WHILL North America and subsidiary brands.

 

What That Actually Involves:

  • Lead and execute the digital marketing strategy for our brands.
  • Recommend digital media budgets.
  • Identify target audience segments on paid and organic channels.
  • Work with Creative and Content team members to craft digital ads and optimize campaign landing pages.
  • Setup and manage digital campaigns on paid channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms including programmatic.
  • Maximize media spend through rigorous creative testing and optimization.
  • Create ways to monitor all stages of the acquisition funnel.
  • Conduct keyword/competitor analysis to help inform our content team on content they should be creating and optimizing on our websites as well as informing our ecommerce team on products we should be considering for our eCommerce stores and marketplaces.
  • Perform SEO website audits.
  • Provide recommendations for on-page and off-page search engine optimizations.
  • Help set standards/structure and utilize best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance as it relates to our eCommerce stores and marketplaces.
  • Define and monitor campaign key performance indicators, providing ROI and performance against KPI’s and evaluate metrics affecting our website traffic, sales quotas, and target audience.
  • Conceptualize, execute, and measure website A/B testing to improve the conversion throughout the funnels.
  • Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics, Google DataStudio and Tableau to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns.
  • As a digital subject matter expert create and present a monthly report, with insights and recommendations, to the marketing team and executive team.
  • Assist in developing and implementing email marketing strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in executing digital marketing and paid advertising programs including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience with Search Engine Optimization.
  • eCommerce/B2C online sales experience preferred

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • You are both right-brained and left-brained and can think big picture while having the ability to execute.
  • You love analytics and you understand that the integration of marketing principles with data-driven results is critical.
  • You are proficient with online research and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and SEMRush.
  • You bring a successful track record in executing ad campaigns on multiple channels.
  • You have a vast knowledge of the traditional and digital/social space.
  • You are resourceful and have excellent problem-solving skills. 
  • You have proficient knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • You adapt quickly, you know things change and you are flexible. You dig deep when needed.
  • While you do work well on a team, you are also a self-starter and can get the work done with little daily guidance.
  • You are a great collaborator. You build and maintain strong working relationships.
