The Opportunity

We are seeking individuals that value positive customer experiences and providing great service on every call.  If you are fun, energetic and enjoy making a positive difference in the lives of people, then we want you to join our team!  As a Customer Care Representative supporting our retail client, you will be responsible for answering customer questions and concerns through phone calls, emails, chat and social media while showing your passion for the brand you represent.  Here's what we are looking for:

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent data entry skills and ability to navigate multiple computer screens while on the phone
  • Ability to organize, take initiative and follow up independently
  • Ability to think independently and make decisions, while adhering to standards and guidelines
  • Professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Strong customer service orientation to ensure customers are satisfied
  • Desire to be a good team player
  • Prompt and regular attendance required
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
