Commercial Marketing Manager - HUB International

As the Commercial Marketing Manager, you are responsible for managing the commercial markets with respect to information, product analysis and product comparisons. The Commercial Marketing Manager is the Company’s products and market specialist. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of superior skills in management, leadership, coaching, mentoring, employee engagement and change management. The Commercial Marketing Manager plays an integral role with the Commercial Operations Team and develops and maintains lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and clients.

Accomplishments Needed

  • A minimum license level 2 is required; with Completion of CAIB, CPIB, CRM or CIP is strongly preferred.

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial insurance with strong knowledge of commercial, property, liability, methods, practices, and techniques.

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a high degree of tact and persuasiveness.

  • Proficient with Broker Management Software System and Policy Works; Experience with EPIC is preferred.

  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.

  • Previous manager/supervisor experience an asset.
