The Canada Manitoba Job Grant (CMJG), an employer-driven approach to help Manitobans gain the skills needed to fill available jobs and help employers develop the skills of existing workers in meeting the requirements of their present job, or transition into a better position.
The CMJG program continues to offer a refund of up to two-thirds of eligible training costs. A company can utilize training made available through Manitoba Customer Contact Association (MCCA) up to a maximum refundable amount of $30,000.00 (two-thirds of the total training cost which caps out at $45,000.00).
Initial applications, commencing in March 2018 will be accepted for one month only! The training must take place between April 2018 and March 2019. More information can be found on the Canada Manitoba Job Grant webpage.
There will be a second intake that will be announced at a later date.
