The customer contact service Industry in Manitoba continues to be adaptive during this past season as we were all put to the test during the Covid-19 pandemic. MCCA would like to acknowledge the responsiveness of the Centres in protecting the health and well-being of their employees while still responding to the needs of the customers and their business. Here is your chance to vote for Manitoba’s Favorite Company for Customer Service in 2021 and help them win the coveted 2021 MECCA Award. MCCA's People's Choice Award for Manitoba’s Favorite Company for Customer Service will be chosen through public vote. Voting will remain open until January 31, 2022. The winner will be announced February 24 - 2022, at 2021 MECCA!
