There is so much to do and so little time to get it all done. Most of us recognize that feeling. The pressures and demands placed on us from our personal and professional lives can feel overwhelming. Taking control starts with identifying what is important to you and setting goals for yourself. This three hour session will help you learn how to identify and focus on the tasks that will have the greatest impact on you reaching your personal and professional goals. Learn how to stop procrastinating, develop an action plan and then incorporate personal motivation techniques to make it all happen. It will be time well spent!
