Accessible Customer Service Standard

The Accessibility for Manitobans Act (AMA) Standard on customer service is now law in Manitoba.

This law states that all businesses and organizations must train all employees and volunteers about the act by November 1, 2018.

Take the required Accessible Customer Service Standard Training with MCCA’s certified facilitator.

Training is:

  • Sept 18, 2018 from 9:00 - 11:00 am
  • at 1000 Waverley Street
  • $30 per participant
  • Certified — certificates provided by the Society for Manitobans with Disabilities (SMD)
