Her background includes expertise in areas of call centre operations such as: performance management, training, and employee satisfaction.
Alisha is currently enrolled in the MCCA CIS Management Certificate Program and she is an avid supporter and committee member of MECCA.
Don McLean, Director of Operations – Skybridge Americas Customer Service
Director of Operations at Skybridge Americas Customer Service.
25+ years of customer service experience, of which 20 years have been directly in the Contact Centre arena.
8 years of service with the Canadian Armed Forces, 15 years of service with Holiday Inn Worldwide, several years of experience with AT&T/IBM and Auto Trader.
