Sweepstakes Specialist (PCH US/CA 032020) - Skybridge

As a member of the Support Staff, the Sweepstakes Specialist (SS) is responsible for providing Sweepstake support through various activities and attend Sweepstakes related client calls.


  • Handle incoming calls to the Sweepstakes Assistance Line
  • Conduct Sweepstakes update/refresher training when needed
  • Provide weekly updates to the floor regarding PCH Sweepstakes and upcoming draws
  • Prompt notification to immediate supervisor of problems or unusual circumstances to ensure work volumes are handled accurately
  • Prepare agenda and attend Sweepstakes related client meeting
  • Meet and maintain quality and productivity standards
  • Actively participate in team meetings designed to enhance the overall account and improve the quality of service provided to clients and customers
  • Project a favorable image of Skybridge Americas and the client. Promote their aims and objectives and foster and enhance public recognition and acceptance
  • Keep abreast of all policy, procedure, and product changes
  • Production on phone/email/correspondence may be required
  • Assist with Knowledge Base development/management

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a fully trained PCH Brand Agent, training in Correspondence, Autoship and Dot Com are an asset
  • Must be a Skybridge Employee in good standing, meeting KPI requirements consistently
  • Excellent computer and Internet skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to manage/organize an effective Training class
  • Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills and be able to meet deadlines
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Punctuality and attendance at standard or better
  • Demonstrates a genuine respect for people, their concerns, feelings, well- being and appreciation of them as one of our customers
  • Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed to meet the needs of the organization
