About Our Outbound Sales Representative Role

Our Outbound Sales Representative contacts existing, previous, and potential members by telephone to generate sales for CAA Manitoba. We provide information regarding Emergency Road Service, various maps, TripTiks, tour books, travel health insurance, various travel related materials, and any other information on membership related benefits.

Highlight of Responsibilities:

  • Outbound TeleSales including cross selling, upselling and win back negations with potential members
  • Utilizes relevant CAA & CAA partner websites to counsel and process various product transactions
  • Verifies key information with clients and makes appropriate data entries into all relevant systems in order to complete and fulfill all transactions following established procedures,
  • Completes all monetary transactions and accounting procedures according to established procedures.
  • Displays a positive attitude towards CAA Manitoba product, services and initiatives

  • Post-secondary education in Tourism or Travel Counselling
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows and Office applications
  • Proven exceptional customer service experience
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in an outbound TeleSales position
