We are seeking a highly-motivated individual to join our team as an Emergency Roadside Service Team Advisor.


  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts in a 24/7/365 day a year environment.
  • Must be physically located in Winnipeg and the Surrounding areas.
  • 2 Years of CAA Call Centre experience
  • Previous retail sales and customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer and keyboarding skills
  • Provide Agents with required information necessary for completion of member transactions in all skill sets
  • Support new hire ICU
  • Monitor Real Time Adherence and ensure the team is within compliance and addresses any concerns of non-compliance
  • Act as a liaison between Dispatch and MCC
  • Handle overflow calls
  • Highlights and identifies issues/solutions to the Supervisor in a timely manner
