As part of our team, you will respond to insurance benefit telephone inquiries initiated by the customer. You will deliver the highest level of customer service possible, remembering the customer is the centre of everything we do.
This position is a permanent full-time Monday to Friday and our office is located on Main Street.

Hours of Operation:
Our customer relationship team works a 7.5 hour shift Monday through Friday within our Hours of Operation of 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Start date for this role is October 1, 2019

Great-West Life is committed to investing in your future. To help you succeed in this role, Great-West Life initially provides an extensive six-week training program that will build your knowledge and skills. You are also eligible to receive further training to broaden your knowledge, qualifying you for greater compensation.
- All applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
- Previous customer service experience is desired.
- You will consent to a criminal background check as well as the Government of Canada enhanced security screening, the cost will be covered by Great-West Life.
