Manitoba Customer Contact Association is inviting you to attend a presentation regarding Workplace Essential Skills and English at Work. This free session will provide you with information on resources that you may not realize are available.
Lindsay Laidlaw, Special Projects Coordinator, Essential Skills & RPL, will be speaking regarding Essential Skills in the workplace. She will provide information regarding the services that are available through Workplace Education Manitoba.
Dale Klassen, English at Work Coordinator, Manitoba Labour and Immigration, will discuss the services available to businesses for language training of existing workers. This will include information for establishing an “English at Work” program, if needed, with government funding.
Join us at 1000 Waverley, Boardroom 1 on February 9, 2012 at 3:00 pm to garner some enlightening information regarding resources that perhaps are not being considered for the contact centre industry.
