In compliance with MCCA By-Laws articles 10-12 "Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice":

  1. Members of the Manitoba Customer Contact Association acknowledge that the establishment and maintenance of high standards of practice are a fundamental responsibility to the public, essential to winning and holding public confidence and the foundation of a successful customer contact centre industry in Manitoba.Because of the diverse nature of the activities and functions of Contact Centres across industries, members of the MCCA will follow a Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice most specifically related to the nature of their business.
  2. Members of the MCCA engaged in the activity of direct response marketing will follow the Code of Ethics and Standards of practice as outlined and followed by the Canadian Marketing Association. (CMA)
  3. Members of the MCCA engaged in the activity of marketing research will follow the principles and guidelines stipulated in the Professional Market Research Society (PMRS) with regard to all aspects of professional market research, such as conduct of research and the responsibilities of practitioners to clients and the public.
