Membership Options
o Membership is for a 12 month period from date of acceptance
o Membership dues are non-refundable
There are three categories of membership in the MCCA, as follows:
Contact Centre Members: * Companies, organizations and agencies which are engaged in the operation of a Customer Contact Centre. Each Contact Centre Member is entitled to 1 vote at MCCA's Annual General Meeting and any special meeting of Members. Contact Centre members are also eligible for nomination to the Board.
· Large Centres: $1500/year - 400 seats or more
· Medium Centres: $1000/year - 100 - 399 seats
· Small Centres: $500/year – 99 seats or less
*(Additional contact centre business units affiliated with the parent member contact centre may join as a Divisional Member: $250/year)
Vendor Members: $500/year - companies, organizations and agencies which offer goods, support or services to the Customer Contact Centre industry. Vendor members are eligible to participate on MCCA committees.
Other interested partners: those parties who do not fall into either of the above categories, but have a vested interest in the contact centre industry. Such parties upon membership approval, are also eligible to participate on MCCA committees, receive MCCA news, gain access to MCCA resources and may participate at MCCA events.
· Non Profit/Charitable Organizations: $250/year
· Individual: $150/year - industry professionals whose company is not currently a member.
