 REPRESENTATIVE WORKFORCE STRATEGY

Are you in need of qualified, enthusiastic employees?

We can help!

The goal of the Representative Workforce Strategy (RWS) is to achieve a more representative workforce inclusive of all populations in the contact centre industry; to develop recruitment and training strategies that retain under-represented groups and to increase the number of human resources available to its members.

Recently, the MCCA has developed partnerships with several non-profit organizations in Winnipeg.  These organizations are eager to find employment for qualified individuals from under-represented groups including: Aboriginal people, persons with physical disabilities, Canadian new-comers and mature workers.
