
2010 MECCA Awards applications are now being accepted
The Categories are:
Small Contact Centres: 6 to 199 Workstations
Large Contact Centres: 200 or more Workstations
Applications for awards are submitted to MCCA and short-listed by a panel of judges who then make site visits to determine the best of each category. Each award will be based on the award applicant's size and available resources. All member contact centres may apply for one or more of the following (there are no fees for applying):
COMMUNITY is an Award category that recognizes outstanding voluntary contributions made by member organizations to the citizens of Manitoba. These companies demonstrate tremendous spirit enriching both their workplace and communities.
Environment Award recognizes contact centres which implement appropriate space, colour, ergonomic design, and relevant programs to support a healthy workplace.
Employee Satisfaction Award recognizes a contact centre where employees boast of employee job satisfaction and career fulfillment.
Training & Performance Management Award recognizes a contact centre that has shown dedication to developing the skills of its employees by enabling them to utilize their full potential. This contact centre also provides opportunity to grow and advance within the industry. The Training & Performance Management Award also acknowledges the organization’s successful effort to build and maintain a work environment conducive to performance excellence, full participation, collaboration, personal fulfillment and organizational growth.
Technology Award recognizes those contact centres that consistently met customer service challenges through the use of creative and efficient hardware and software systems.
Vendor of the Year Award recognizes the vendor who receives the highest number of nominations from our membership. Members nominate their vendor member of choice from a list provided, whose products or services are considered or used THIS YEAR as a result of their relationship and membership with MCCA.

You may complete and send the forms online or print them and complete them manually. “To assist the judges in validating information in the application and determining those who should be selected for the short list and a site visit, a minimum of 5 photos should be submitted with the application and should not exceed 10 per application”
Outside RecognitionThe MCCA would like to acknowledge contact centre achievements earned outside of the MCCA MECCA Awards program. We will acknowledge member awards or achievements you have been recognized for within the past year.
People Award Submission – Your best people deserve recognition. Honour them at the MECCA Awards Gala
