Besides a Board of Directors, the MCCA carries out its programs and agendas with the assistance of member volunteers and industry leaders, on various committees such as: Human Resources, Training and Development, Conference Planning, Awards and others.

Committee members assist the MCCA  fulfill its' mission by bringing unique knowledge, skills and abilites to the table to help us achieve our vision.  Volunteers contribute by planning events such as the annual conference, the MECCA Awards gala and our golf tournament. These dedicated individuals help us attract more volunteers and more members and develop into leaders for our organizations and industry. MCCA volunteers are committed to educational and awards programs, planning fun events and enhancing community awareness.
