Manitoba Customer Contact Association (MCCA) is one of the first associations in Manitoba who developped multi-party partnerships between aboriginal groups such as the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs and Manitboba Metis Federation for entry-level training purposes. MCCA was also the first Association to sign a memorandum of understanding with the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs committing to implementaion of an industry-wide Aboriginal Representative Workforce Strategy.
